Donna is a graduate of Florida Gateway College with a Degree in Executive Marketing Management & Ashford University with a degree in Business Administration. She is a certified Diamond Specialist; who is proficient in the travel industry; specializing in Florida/USA and Europe travel. Donna has been recognized at many junctures of her life for her customer service skills and well versed knowledge of the industry. During her tenure with the well-known Paradies Gift Shops/The PGA Tour Shop & Bijoux Bellagio, Inc. she was lauded for her exceptional airline retail knowledge, Airport security procedure training; merchandising, display and advertising skills.

As a talented singer/songwriter, her ability to utilize her experience and education to manage entertainment and sports careers is a given. Her interest in sports peaked during her many years of travel with her daughter Robyn; who held the second place national title in the AAU 100 meter for 2 consecutive years; and her tenure with The PGA Tour Golf Shops pointed her in the direction of the Golf Industry. As a proven leader, Donna was the President of Florida Gateway College's Black Student Union and Delta Epsilon Chi. She is a member of the Benevolent Protective Order Elks (BPOE); The NAACP; and is on the Executive Board of Fresh Start for Men, Inc as the Director of Resource Development. She is the Editor/Founder of Faith Over Fear Entertainment Group an online page dedicated to Inspirational/ Gospel Entertainment Industry; She is a Motivational Speaker for parents of children with behavioral issues; as well as specializing in Retail Customer Service & Loss Prevention skills seminars. COO/Vice-President Brandi Cain Jeannot

…Join us as we welcome Brandi Cain Jeannot as the Chief Operation Officer & Vice President of Sisters In Motion, Inc. Brandi was appointed to the position in January of 2013 after the promotion of then Vice president and Co-Founder Donna L. Rentz to CEO/President. Lorraine D. Rentz (Former CEO/President) resigned to further her career in Radio/Television. We wish her the best.

Brandi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Florida Southern University & a Master’s in Business Administration from The University of Phoenix. The founder of Elaborate Expressions Event Planning & Design of Florida; she is also a professional make-up artist; specializing in MAC products. Brandi's attention to detail; experience; as well as her exceptional communication skills is a welcome addition to the Sisters In Motion, Inc brand. She is currently pursuing her 2nd Master’s Degree and is the host of her show @ItsBrandiJae on YouTube. Brandi resides in Orlando, FL.

Lorraine "DiDi" Rentz- (Co-Founder-CEO/President until December 2012)

has a B.A. Degree in Communications with an emphasis on TV/Radio Broadcasting. A native of Florida, DiDi was introduced to the entertainment media arena at an early age; she is a product of beauty pageants and performing dance. Her love for the performing arts began with continuous years in dance and theatrics. As a former Miss Broward County, DiDi knows the importance of maintaining a positive image and executing on a 100% scale at all times. Her professional experiences consist of: Entertainment Socialite, TV News/Entertainment Reporting, Radio Personality “DiDi Skky”, Video Journalism, Special Events, and Public and Media Relations in the entertainment and political fields. She has been labeled by her peers as multifaceted, for she is able to change personalities like colors on a chameleon. You may catch her heading board meetings; strutting on the catwalk or entertaining the masses. Lorraine is a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church Atlanta, Ga, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment (NABFEME). She is also the founder of It Girls, Inc. a life mentoring program for young girls interested in the radio/television field.
